We verify qualifications and experience.
Demo lesson and interview
Teach a short lesson to our Head of Instruction.
Two references
We contact two people who have seen you teach.
Background check
Usually 5–10 working days. Clearances are renewed before they expire.
Safeguarding policy
Read and sign our safeguarding policy and instructor code of conduct.
Director sign-off
Final approval once every item above is complete.
Onboarding
Four short training modules on our delivery standard and a short quiz.
Our booking system will not assign a learner to an instructor whose clearance is incomplete or expired. It is a hard rule in the system, not a policy we bend when we are busy.
